Vent

You'll have to pardon this vent, but I am pissed and here's why. Finn has been going to JW Tumbles for close to a year now. It's a little kids gym where he gets to run around and play with someone else's toys for an hour. He loves it. And I love it too, because he is worn out after the hour and I have also met some really nice mom friends to hang out with. At least I used to love it until we showed up for our morning class today only to find the gym closed. And not just closed like sorry for the inconvenience but our power is out closed, but more like walls stripped bare, ball pit-sliding board-swings gone, desk removed and telephone disconnected, CLEANED OUT closed. As in, this place doesn't exist anymore. They didn't even have the decency to call first or even post a note on the door to say the economy sucks and so do we, goodbye. 

So beware JW Tumbles, hell hath no fury like moms with active toddlers who think they are taking their kid to the gym to run off some extra energy only to find that they have to take said toddler back home and entertain him/her for another hour. JWT, you may want to watch your back because one of the moms in our class is a lawyer AND she's pregnant with #2, which doesn't bode well for you.
