Somewhere There is a U-Haul with Our Name on It

Big news here everybody. We are moving to Washington, DC! Mark has accepted a position with the Association of American Medical Colleges. We are thrilled at this new and exciting opportunity. For those of you keeping track, this will make move #6 in 5 years. We are getting good at this packing thing. We have made some wonderful friends here and will miss them dearly. But, that's what cell phones and Facebook are for. Mark will start his new job in July, so we plan on moving in June. So, if you have any friends/family members in the DC area, hook me up. I promise to act normal.

In Finn news, I don't have any pictures to share this week because we didn't really do anything special. But, I will share a couple of stories that are somewhat entertaining.

1). I was cooking dinner on Monday (really) and Finn and Lily were playing in the other room, and by playing, I mean Finn would steal Lily's ball and then run and hide from her and she would chase him down and take it back. When Finn tripped (Lily swears she didn't push him) and hit his head on the corner of a step. Blood was going everywhere. Apparently, head wounds bleed, A LOT. Long story short, Mark taped up his head and Finn was okay, once he got some frozen yogurt in his system. The next morning I had to take him to get his passport picture made . . . with a huge purple egg and bandage right in the middle of his forehead.

2). Finn has reached the stage where he loves doing things he isn't supposed to do and then tries to get your attention while doing those things in the hopes that you will catch him and he can then run from you and pretend he's not doing them. So while I was folding laundry, I saw him across the room sticking something in his mouth. He basically waited until I saw him, then shoved it in his mouth and took off running. When I caught him and stuck my finger in his mouth to fish it out, I pulled out my wedding ring.
