Home Sweet Home

This weekend we u-hauled ourselves to our new house in Plainsboro. The move went surprisingly well. Personally, the new house isn't as nice as our previous house, but there is a neighborhood pool down the street and Finn said he wanted to work on his tan. After spending our first night in the house, I walked into the kitchen the next morning and Mark said, "we've been robbed." What could anyone possibly take, everything we own is in boxes. "Someone took the ice machine and automatic water dispenser," he said. What can I say, the kitchen is a little out-dated.

We only had one minor mishap, which is unusual considering that our family is frighteningly similar to the Griswold's in all of the 'Vacation' movies. Finn's diaper genie flew out of the back of the truck and Lindsey, who was following me in the car, had to stop traffic to go and retrieve it from the middle of the road. Everyone should just be glad that I emptied it before, because I seriously considered not emptying it.

Anyway, a huge thank-you to Lindsey for entertaining Finn and Lily. Finn loved spending time with his aunt.; he really didn't mind too much when she put his diaper on backwards. Thanks to my dad for helping Mark with the heavy lifting.
